After high school, I should have a small car, something to get me around and a job. I should have a savings account and as soon as possible start a credit card account so I’ll be at a decent age to buy or rent myself an apartment. Save the big bucks in the bank and let the 20s stretch. I might not go to college for the simple fact that I should have the money to let myself do student loans like that.

August 15 The Socratic method can be a good idea when students in the class make it welcoming and no one feels belittled by their ideas. The article mentions that it is sometimes used to tear down ideas they hear. Its not a debate and there should be no strong judgement against the others thoughts. There should be acknowledge and if there is disagreement just letting their side be known. With a group full of teenagers its hard because everyone wants to be right. With a class full of nerds no one wants to be told their wrong or embarrassed by something they said. When everyone is accepting it makes the Socratic so much easier because no one is scared of sounding stupid.
